Our Spa Etiquette

Keep in Touch Thai Massage and Spa would like to extend our warm welcome to all spa guests, accompanied by a set of guidelines and practices meticulously designed to cultivate an environment of respect and comfort for both our esteemed guests and dedicated staff. We kindly share the following spa etiquette recommendations:

  1. Arrival Punctuality: As a gesture of courtesy, we kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This brief interval allows for a seamless check-in process, an opportunity to don your provided robe, and a moment of relaxation in our tranquil spa lounges.

To ensure an unhindered treatment process, we suggest removing any jewelry that may inhibit your relaxation. Please adhere to any specific dress code directives we may provide.

  11. Adherence to Spa Policies: Each spa may have unique rules and guidelines. We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with and adhere to the specific policies of our establishment to ensure an enjoyable experience for all guests.
  12. Post-Treatment Serenity: After your treatment, we invite you to savor a few moments of post-treatment tranquility in our spa's designated areas. Delaying your return to your daily routine will allow you to fully absorb the benefits of your spa journey.
